Postcards to Myself - Pals, Spain, 1992
Dad bought a summer house on the Costa Brava in a medieval town called Pals, two years ago, so we spend at least half of our summer vacation here every year. It’s very convenient, because it’s only a couple of hours from Barcelona, so dad can drive up on the weeekends when he’s not working. I love it when I have friends staying over. We swim all day and try to windsurf and then hangout all night at the mini golf or the roller-skate rink and arcades in Playa de Aro. Sarah is also here on holiday with her parents. Yesterday we watched the inauguration ceremony of the Barcelona Olympic Games on T.V together.
